21/06/2006: "Cries from the Heart 2006"

Christian took part in the Cries from the Heart 2006 event held at the Royal Court Theatre on Sunday 18 June. From the Human Rights Watch website:

'Among those taking part this year are Vaclav Havel and Harold Pinter - who have never before shared a stage - Joseph Fiennes, Jeremy Irons, Hanif Kureishi, Sinead Cusack, Miranda Richardson, Lemn Sissay, Sophie Okonedo, Christian Coulson, Megan Dodds, Tom Stoppard, Brian Cox, Joshua Casteel, Hisham Matar, Rufus Sewell, and the cast of Michael Winterbottom's award-winning film, The Road to Guantanamo. For one night only, the cast will assemble on the Royal Court Theatre stage to perform readings and music in benefit of Human Rights Watch.'
